BRONZE CLASSES ARE OFFERED THURSDAY MORNINGS AT 9:30 AND WEDNESDAY EVENINGS AT 7:15.

GOLD CLASSES ARE DESIGNED FOR people WHO HAve EXPERIENCE WEIGHT TRAINING AND FUNDAMENTAL TRAINING AND are looking TO TAKE THEIR TRAINING TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

GOLD XFIT CLASSES ARE OFFERED TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS evenings AT 5:45.
