Combining functional weight training with a healthy dose of cardio. This class is sure to get you fired up.

Thursdays at 9:30am and Wednesdays at 7pm. Difficulty 6/10

Group cycling:

Incorporating proven CYCLING PRINCIPALS THAT ARE GUARANTEED TO GET YOUR HEART PUMPINg while also taking you and your CYCLING TO THE NEXT Level.

*Group cycling classes are run mid October to mid april.

Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm and Sundays at 10am. Difficulty 8/10

Cardio Kickboxing:

A great way to KICKstart your fitness. This class is performed with a step.

Mondays at 7pm. Difficulty 7/10

Body Pump:

CLASSIC AND MODERN MOVEMENTS USING BODY BARS, DUMBBELLS AND KETTLEBELLS. Guaranteed to pump you up for a great workout.

Fridays at 9:30am. Difficulty 7/10

Yogalates:

HEART PUMPING AND THERAPEUTIC. A COMBINATION OF  PROVEN AEROBIC and yoga MOVEMENTS that will GET YOU TO A FIT ZEN STATE.

Tuesdays at 9:30. Difficulty 6/10

Pilates:

FIRM UP AND STRenGThEN YOUR CORE with FLOOR WORK and the use of A SWISS BALL. (BRING YOUR OWN BALL)

Mondays at 9:30am and Saturdays at 9am. Difficulty 7/10

Cardio:

Energizing and invigorating. Our popular Saturday morning class will rev up your weekend. Classic aerobics done with and without a step.

Saturdays at 10am. Difficulty 7.5/10
